Returns Window

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. All return requests must be approved by Fletcher Whyte prior to shipment.

Refund Eligibility — Defective Items Only

Each Fletcher Whyte piece undergoes rigorous inspection prior to shipment. In the rare event that an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or flaw, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, subject to inspection.

Returns Based on Preference or Intended Use

Returns requested due to size, preference, or intended use are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, store credit only will be issued once the item is received and approved.

Condition Requirements

All returns—refunds or store credit—must be received:

• Unused and unaltered
• In original condition
• With all tags, accessories, and packaging intact

All items are inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the sender.

Store Credit

Approved store credit will be issued after inspection and may be applied toward future Fletcher Whyte purchases. Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.

Final Sale

Personalized items and marked final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
